Funny thing about Chapman in Henderson, either a great experience or a rotton one...

We drove there to shop Jeeps with my Mazda 6 for a down (paid off) and parked in the lot. It was over 100 degrees but we went looking around at the New Wranglers anyhow.

Not one sales person came out to engage us in the 20 minutes we walked around.

Drove up to Marsh and had a great buying experience. We were sad to see them lose their franchise!

All depends on the phase of the moon I guess!!!!

One interesting thing...Chapman had a lot of thefts and so they installed these strange motion sensor alarms on many of their cars. I have one on mine by default. Interestingly, when my doors are off and I just tap on the dashboard, the dome light comes on! I am hoping that that is the extent of the screwy electrical problems on the docket.
I was the opposite... I dealt with a saleman and his dad who apparantly is a sales manager. They were complete jackoff and scummy car salesman. I walked out and got my Jeep at Jim Marsh instead where I had a great experience.

My Jeep is at Chapman right now and I am not very pleased with how they have been dealing with it. No rental car offered and after dropping it off at 10:45 this morning, I got a call at 5 saying they hadn't even looked at it yet and would TRY to look at it tomorrow. What a bunch of jackoffs. I was already annoyed that the only Jeep dealer in town now is almost 30 miles away from my house.

Hmmm, Bill over there is still jerking me around. He told me he would call me in the morning today to let me know what was going on. 1030 and I haven't heard anything so I called them and found out it was his day off. Great....

Yes Vience hooked me up as well. I also know that if you are part of Vegas Valley 4 Wheelers you get first open stall. AND the Service Manager goes to the meetings. Meeting tonight at Bugsys Place on Sahara at 7pm. Bunch of us will be there. Come meet the big guys and get your shit fixed.

I was actually able to deal with Vince today and feel a bit better. They are ordering me a new front driveshaft under warranty, though he said it likely won't be in for a couple weeks. The initial tech tried saying the vibration I have (and had before I lifted my Jeep) was caused by the lift causing "too steep of a driveline angle." Vince had the shop foreman look into it and he said the driveshaft needs to be replaced.

Speaking of working right across the street, do you know of any dealers around there with open positions for a tech?
