We usually just hit up Boxcar cove, then take the trails off to the left and find a secluded area. Others have said that Callville wash south is great. It is just across from Anniversary Mine. Either way just remember to bring some sort of water shoes. The water levels are up so more than likely you will be swimming where some jackhole used to leave their trash.

Yeah it is depressing how much people trash the area. I usually pick up more than a trash bag everytime I go to the lake. It seems like any area that is easily accessible is usually trashed. Even worst is when you see glass everywhere.

Yep always wear shoes of some sort. I bet I could easily fill up my trasharoo out there. The worst part of it is the fact that they drive past dumpsters on the way out to the road.

Yup, people are lazy and disrespectful. Ruining it for everyone else that is trying to enjoy their time at the lake. Couple of summers ago, I've seen Nelson's landing filled with trash on the ground broken glass everywhere. I've never worn water shoes before moving to Vegas but I do now after seeing how some people treat the land.
