Default CB Mount

I cant seem to find a good place to mount my new CB (Uniden PRO 505XL) in the Jeep JK. Any ideas or help would be great. I know where to put the antenna for now.
thanks,

This is what I came up with. I have no idea how big your cb is, but this might help a bit. I have a Cobra 29, which is pretty big.

I just velcroed mine to the the passenger side of the shifter console. I plug it in to the cigarette lighter that way I can take it out when not in use. Mine is a uniden520 and it works great that way.

thanks,
If that's the small one I saw on Google images, the loop above the mirror is a good place if you have a soft top. I used two small rubber lined c-clamps bolted to L brackets bolted to the bracket that came with my Cobra 19. I've also seen it attached to the side of the console where the passenger's knee is.

This ^^ works great for the Unidens. Get you one of those "sticky back" mic holders and you can stretch out the mic cord and hook it on the Freedom Panel to keep it out of the way and still have easy access to the mic

I mounted mine in the center console with some Velcro and used the plug in the center console to power it works great and is lockable. Only issue was I had to remove the plastic tray on the top part.
