Default OME bowed/bent spring

I contacted ARB, they said they would replace my spring if it fixed my problem, I sent pics and waiting a reply from them.

The axle is centered now, and it appears to be seated right? You guys have any suggestions?

Here are the pictures:

And finally a drivers side spring pic for reference:

by the way I did take it back to the dealer who installed it and he tried to reclock the spring and it didnt help, but perhaps he was doing it wrong?

If it looks like it is seated wrong, let me know how I can tell the shop guy how to fix it or I will do it my self either way.

Should it hurt the spring riding on it like that?

Coil springs usually have an indention at the end of the groove where they seat to hold the end of the spring. The bottom side looks good. Since you didn't take a pic of the inside of the spring seat on top, it's hard to tell. If the spring is removed and it straightens out, it's likely not going to do any good to replace it, because something else is causing it to sit crooked. Dumbass question here.....are you sure the spring is not installed upside down?

If those are OME springs, then (at least) the one spring with the pic of the bottom seated on its grove is NOT installed upside down..
I just installed mine ( pics coming) and there is no way it could be seated and be the wrong end.

BTW...no bowing on my 4dr...sux to be U
