OME bowed/bent spring
And I want to clear up that by posting pictures of my problem on here I was not trying to put a bad name on OME(as it seems the vibe im getting from david is thinking i did).............. I was just trying to fix my problem, get different opinions on how to fix it and whats wrong.... cause i hate have the bowed spring...kills me
ARB done told me to take the coils out, reseat, etc and if they arent straight they will send me some new ones asap.........great customer service. This is not ARB's fault its probably the guy who installed it. I wished I would have just tried to do it myself.
well just wanted to clear that up

Im not saying your wrong..........I did tell that to the ARB tech guy tho and he said he doesnt see how the crushed isolator would cause a bowed spring...I have no clue, im not a mechanic etc im a computer programmer lol..
how do I get this across to the guy that installed it(my dealership) that way I dont get charged again to fix this.......... pictures would be a great help, of the way it should look ...compared to the way mine looks...... the bowed spring is obvious, but the isolator is something i have never even seen before other than when i took that pic of mine
Ill give it a try tomorrow morning and see if he will reinstall the spring for me and see if it works itself out
if they are going to charge me ill just do it myself

Wow, those pics look familiar. I had the EXACT same issue with my pass side OME spring. Bowed badly, and even after repositioning and re-installing 3 times, it wasn't cured. I was to the point of calling David or ARB and about that time my Currie upper CA's came in. I installed them after unloading the front springs, then re-installed the springs for the 4th time, and voila, no more bowed spring. Honestly, I think that it has to do with the stress of negative caster vs. the upper (body) mount of the spring. I guess the OME springs don't like it. Once I got things closer to vertical with the adj. uppers, it fixed my problem, maybe yours too. Drove me nuts for days.
I know it's a little bit more work, but why don't you switch the springs around and then you'll be able to tell if it's the actual spring or if it's other issues like the isolator, or the caster angles.
I am going to take it to the place that installed it for me tommororw and see if they will try a couple things(making sure the isolator is not crushed) if they want to charge me again for it, assuming it was there fault, if they wont help me, then Ill just do it myself....
Its driving me nuts to, i cant stand it................. so either way its gonna get fixed
