This is the first we have seen with OME.

If you look at this picture it looks like the factory isolator is crushed. Just a thought .But this will cause it

That is what I was thinking as well. Not sure though. The bottom of the spring looks smaller than the driver's side.

Check the top isolator. Can't tell in the picture, but I noticed after I installed my BB that I had to re-seat one of the front top isolators, and re-seat one of the rear coils on the spacer. Seems they settle into (rather out of) place if not exactly right when weight is put on them.

I think the front top isolators need to be spun around so that the original coil imprint aligns with the new coil.

And they are not upside down. The ends are definately different sizes and the installer should have noticed something way off if trying to put it on upside down.

and the second picture is the pass side seated up top...the best pic i could get of it

It was installed at my dealer
I'm not sure as I haven't seen a pair yet. It is not uncommon though for front springs to be the same diameter top and bottom, but they will usually fit correctly only one way.

Then that answers the upside down question. I would start to look at the spring seat at the top, then, as others have suggested. If the bottom is installed correctly, that's where the problem has to be.
