Ajusting my odometer for 35's
the cheapest way is to go and buy a pro comp accu pro speedo programmer. I used it on my jk going from the 225 to 35's. its around 200. only part I dont like is they vin lock the programmer once you flashed it.
Also I found the programmer does more then adjust speedo. Your ecu adjusts your shift points, cooling, OD, esp/bias all on your speed. Trust me you will want to get it.

I also think the hypertech will do it. but there is a difference in price for a programmer and a speedo recal programmer. the pro comp programmer is around 400 bucks, my accu pro was 200. I probably could use the full fledged power programmer, but I ran out of money

Do what I do. Your speedo is going to be off about 3mph. Simply drive with your speedo 3mph or so lower than the posted speed limit. Adjust the pressure on the skinny pedal...it's free. Why spend $200?
Besides, if your speedo is off like that, you are actually putting LESS miles on your Jeep. That means when you hit say the 50K miles mark, it should really be at 60K or more. Just keeps up the value of the Jeep, having less miles on it.
