My "Little Red Campfire" came today and I tested it. It works pretty well for being the bargain Campfire in a can.

Hey Scott what freq is the race channel? I'm not going this year but loaning Frank a couple of radios. Want to set freq and lock in b4 giving them to him

Rugged may not provide PCI Relay channel ? they can program it in. If not once we are there we can all find a common freq. look at channel 16 that is usually it.

Curious, I have a set of Nascar style scanners (like the Uniden Bearcat BC125AT); would those be of any use for me to check out the communications? It would be "listen only", but I think they cover the frequency range of 25-54Mhz, 108-174Mhz, and 406-512Mhz...
