Starting on D44 axles tomorrow get the heavy duty control arm pockets welded on and gussetts as well as sleeves and then do gears on wed when they come in.
Got rcv's, ten factory axles, lockers, gears, and a BUNCH of other stuff to get em ready.....

I'll post up tomorrow the work and continue to push forward.

Did some work on axles
Synergy c-gussets, sleeves, upper rear control arm mounts, welded in spring retainers rear, 3" bump extensions front.

This week I'll do the lower rear control arm mounts, raised shock mounts, front lower control arm mounts, synergy ball joints, track bar bracket, rear bump extensions and put them together and install...

All mounts are synergy heavy duty with skids

Decided to paint my beadlocks and forgot what a PIA the bolts are undoing and redoing.....lol
