It really is unfortunate to hear. We try our best to give all of our customers and potential customers the best customer service possible. We have checked all of our emails and can't locate a email from a Glen. Is there another name I should be looking for? I even had Lisa check the junk emails in case it was going into there.
Please contact us per telephone so we can get this straightened out. In a PM Sent to you, I ask that you contact me and I have gotten no responce. We do recieve calls from local and international customers all day. Again our shop is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 until 5:00. 714.870.5515

Sincerely,
Mel, Lisa, Jake, Andrew, and the Rest of the Evolution Crew.

Default PM This afternoon

"Hi Jake The start is adding 35 inch tires. Everything else seems to be an extension from this upgrade. I am looking at Toyo MT's, unless you have reasoning for an alternate model. I will obviously need wider wheels to accommodate the tires. Could you recommend a 17 black rim? With the bigger tires I would like the Jeep regeared to 5.13, unless you have an alternate ratio recommendation. With the larger wheels I need recommendations for my suspension. I have a Pro Comp 4 inch lift on the Jeep now. I am looking at replacing the Control arms. This is where your expertise is of great value. Long arm, short arm, if any replacement. I noticed you have replacement arms, I have also been looking at the Teraflex long and short arm upgrade kits. This is where my knowledge ends with suspension upgrades. Any further thoughts? Depending on cost at this point I will be looking at also adding a bumper, rock sliders, etc."

Thanks for the PM to Jake this afternoon

your tire choice is good.
17 inch black rim, I personally run New ATX bead lock or the Walker Evens bead locks. Wheels and tires are Tuff to pic out for somebody else . It is like picking out shoes . Some people like VANS, DC, Etnies... ECT we can get you what ever want at great prices

Good choice on the 513 gears a little low for 35s but good, EVO special 999.99

your 4 inch lift will clear the tires size you are wanting Just fine.

control arms ? I thought you have a lift kit? the other brand you are asking about are all good .I usually only recommend Long arms If you are going above 4 inches of lift.

We can get you any MFG bumpers and sliders you want at the best prices

Hi Mel

As for the wheels, how about American Racing ATX Artillery.

When you say 5.13 is a little low, are you saying 4.88 or 5.29 would be better?

I do have a lift. I was looking at the upgrade kits which are just the arms that can be added to any lift. Are you saying for now to leave the control arms? If unnecessary for now, it will allow for other additions.

I understand technical issues, so that you know I emailed November 7, 9, 18, 20 and 22. Wondering if you received my emails I inquired on November 22 and received a return email of "Yes and thank you for the email. I will get a quote out to you as soon as I can."

I spoke to a rep at your shop the first week of November. I spoke to Lisa on November 18th.

If you could, please send me a quote on the aforementioned items and we can add to that. I ordered some apparel the first week of November, you should have all my contact information there.

Spoke with Mel from Evolution Offroad this morning. Great guy and very knowledgeable. Definitely steered my upgrades into a more beneficial direction.
