Default Be prepared So Cal!

We were just told to review our earthquake procedures due to a "Significant Earthquake Potential" over the next few days. This is due to about 50+ earthquakes since this morning at The Salton Sea, the southern most point of The San Andreas Fault. make sure you have a full tank of gas and be ready to turn off you natural gas, etc.....

I can't turn off the natural gas unless my wife quits feeding me the stuff that causes it!

It's funny that some places will totally deny the fact that they have a 13th floor!!! You go up the stairs, or ride in the elevator in some places & the 13th floor is not even listed!!! In those places, the 14th floor IS......" the 13th floor"!!!

One was a 4.8...not a Big One, but I wouldn't exactly call it small either.
Would certainly think you'd feel that, but Bill never feels earthquakes when he's outside unless he's in a vehicle. Were you outside at 4:55am this morning?

Easy kids. While being prepared is good, we don't need to panic. The fact is every hour that passes decreases the chance of another earth quake. Secondly, these swarms are not all that unusual and still only gives a 0.05-5% chance of a large quake occurring.
