Anyone come up with your own theories on the moving rocks?

I think it's all the nudity going on out there. I know when I see naked woman, my rocks move a little!

The General theory is......

1 Moderate Rain, makes the lake bed slink. The mud & water act as a lubricant.

Extreme winds move the rocks thus leaving a trail behind them.

I learned this from USGS people several years ago on a trip through Death Valley with them, This is a trip called BLOTCH.

It was very interesting learning the cool stuff they do out there every year when they go.

But that is the official working theory.

You might want to lay off the booze jokes for a while. Pretty soon it will all be forgotten!

I really hate to interrupt all this fun with something serious... I'm such a party pooper some times.

But could someone please give me the specifics on the airbags some of you are using to level out your rear? I tried searching for a thread and couldn't find anything. I think WoL said you guys were getting them off ebay?

You may go back to the fun now!

Yeah, I realized as I was typing it that Rubimon would be all over it.

Meant to post this in the regular Socal thread...but it seemed like all the action was in here so I just got caught up in it.

Okay, I finally got our pics up and they can now be seen here...

As far as the trip report goes, OffTopic will be finishing up her's and it will be published on Project-JK.com's homepage soon.

Thanks again to everyone who joined us on yet another awesome trip. We had tons of fun and really enjoyed all your company. And, if you can make it out to the next run, I can assure you that there will be more technical wheeling action available to you.
