Project-JK Death Valley Racetrack Run
Hi All,
Sorry for the delay but I've had issues with my pictures and some didn't turn out in the transfer to the computer.
It was a fun weekend and alot of great sites to see. Thanks WOL for heading the hold thing off.
Here's a few of my favorite pics.

More great pictures Trailbud! That's a shame that you had problems with some of them, maybe some of that dust got into the card? That's what I decided to blame my problems on (not that I made a stupid mistake
).
So are you another one who takes photos while driving like jkjeep?
You guys both got some really cool photos that way. I might have to buy something I can hold with one hand just to give it a try.

new camera, (new toy).
Do you know (or anyone reading) if the format of the card is FAT and the computer is FAT 32 will the errors like I have happen? I don't know what's wrong? And I can't figure out to reformat the card to FAT 32 to see if that fixes the problem.
It was good to see you guys too!
Actually Ryan took most of the pictures, But I do do that too.

You should always format the card with your camera, not your computer, and you shouldn't have to worry about FAT and FAT32. You "can" have problems if you use your computer to format it. On some cameras it is a menu item, on others (like Kodak easy-share cameras) it handles it automatically when you use their software to download the images from the camera. If you tell me what camera you have I can be more specific.
Did you use a card reader to download your images, or did you download directly from the camera?
But it could just be a corrupt card; the market is swamped with counterfeits right now. If you have another camera around, you could try popping the card into the other camera, format it, take a couple quick shots and see if you still have a problem. If so, the card itself is probably corrupt and needs to be replaced.
Doesn't he risk losing all the pictures if he reformats it now. How do the pics look when viewing through the camera? Leave the card in the camera and plug the camera into the computer. Try downloading them that way.
