I'm so glad I didn't! I went to a dealership wanting a new project. They offered me $17,000 for my Jeep because they "couldnt properly appraise it and could only give the max for Blue Book". I was insulted and quite angry at their weak offer of only $17,000! I also overheard one of their stupid salesman saying to a customer that the 4 door came out in 2010 and let them climb all over the JK I was looking at and potentially buying. These idiots will never see me again!

Not worth trading in a built up JK just keep it and get a second project...that's what I hope to do when JKThang is paid off.
Carmax doesn't pay for mods either...they treat modified vehicles like stock so even though they might pay slightly above KBB you won't get nearly enough for a fully Modded rig like Hiram's.
