Sunday Run - SD area..
Figured i'll keep updating this thread if anyone is interested in the progress of my disabled Jeep..
I had to get Chrysler Customer Service involved and was assigned to a case manager and so far i doubt i will see any improvements in the progress of the repair. Randomly i got an automated customer satisfaction call today from the General Manager at the dealership hoping i am happy and wishing that i will refer friends and family to their store... naturally he did not get the feedback he was hoping for from me..
He went ahead and had my service rap check on the part again only to find out that is HAS BEEN PUSHED AGAIN TO MAY 10th ! ! !
This makes a total wait time of 32 days just for the part not including the repair time..
I am in the process of contacting a Lemon Law attorney, this is the 3rd electrical issue with the car, 2nd time i had to tow it in..
Will keep you posted.

i bought my jk at midway also and after a brush with their parts department its not likely ill take the jeep over there...i wonder if they know about this forum ?? seems like they would pay attention and adjust their customer service. they're losing business....
Well... Final update..
After 11 days in the shop waiting for that stupid part and annoying me with different time frames for completion... Chrysler customer care got involved and pulled the part off the production line inventory.. that kind of made me even more mad knowing that they had a storage full of those parts destined to the assembly line and took that long to agree to spare one for me...
But.. its up and running and i picked it up today.. I might be heading to Pinyon mountain on Saturday if anyone is up for it
FYI... don't ever break your TIPM.. they don't stock those..
