That sucks! Mine got stolen in Dallas a few weeks ago while I was away for business

If it rains as much this Wednesday and Thursday as it did yesterday, some of you guys will experience strong sensations of déjà vu this weekend.

Grim hell!!! 1st year was 17 degrees , freezing rain, and flooding rivers. Most everyone involved had a blast.

This year friday chance of rain 40%, Saturday sunny, sunday sunny. Not to bad from my perspective.

I had a good time too, and the best thing was topping it off with that all-you-can-eat steak and chicken at Western Sizzlin!!

I'm worried about the water level at the creek crossings.

x2 on that. Good chunk of SR 65 near Trenton is under water, as well as Jackson County RD 20. I spoke with the ranger asking what it looks like. He did not give me any info on the creek/river levels. Apparently there are multiple places to camp, the "valley" and the "mountain". He said the valley is under water and you could camp on the "mountain". I have no idea what those two places mean, but Im sure yall know since Ive never been.

From NOAA...
MAJOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SCOTTSBORO...WITH NUMEROUS ROADS AND BUILDINGS FLOODED.
31 PORTIONS OF HIGHWAY 35 BETWEEN HIGHWAY 72 AND THE RIVER ARE LIKELY UNDERWATER...ALONG WITH DWELLINGS AND LOW LYING AREAS NEAR THE RIVER. BACKWATER IS LIKELY CAUSING SIGNIFICANT FLOODING NEAR TRIBUTARIES...INCLUDING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF SCOTTSBORO.
28 DWELLINGS NEAR LAKE GUNTERSVILLE BEGIN TO FLOOD...AND AN OLD MILL ON THE RIGHT BANK ALSO FLOODS. BACKWATER MAY BE CAUSING HIGH WATER TO APPROACH STRUCTURES SOUTHEAST OF SCOTTSBORO. WATER BEGINS TO APPROACH LODGES AT CAMP JACKSON.
23 THE RIVER BEGINS TO FLOOD THE ROAD TO CAMP JACKSON NEAR THE PARK ENTRANCE. MOST OF THE CAMP IS NOT AFFECTED AT THIS STAGE.
21.5 BOATHOUSES NEAR THE RIVER BEGIN TO FLOOD...BUT LITTLE OR NO DAMAGE OCCURS.

The rain isnt going to stop this week. Im going to hold out on this one. Yall be carefull out there.
