Default Hello from Hot Springs

Welcome! Yes there are quite a few folks on here from Arkansas, all parts, but I will allow them to welcome you on their own. I live outside of Hot Springs. Have you been to Ross Foundation between Bismarck and Hot Springs? There are some pretty good spots to wheel there, but not near as good as SuperLift in Hot Springs.

Just in case you aren't aware there is going to be a huge event at SuperLift I believe 17-19 of Feb. with renowned rock buggies and Jeeps from all over the US competing in big tire and little tire classes, live band and food. Check out their Superlift ORV Park site for more information.

I'm in Hot Springs Village with the rest of the old people, lol. There certainly are a bunch of Wranglers & old style Jeeps around here.

I've been thinkiing about traveling the length of the Winnona Scenic trail someday.

I usually ride at Superlift or the Power line trails on Shinall Mountain.

I usualy run this trail between Hwy 7 and Hwy 9. Very easy if you stay on the main trails. I usualy enter the trails at Lake Sylvia and travel west to Hwy 7. South on 7 to the Winnona Trail. Then east back to Hwy 9. It is about a 2 hour round trip. Make sure you take a GPS. Some of the trails are not marked very well.
