I recommend NTB off of Madison Pike across the street from walmart. I have had excellent experiences with them. The service manager is personable and the techs that do those services are good.

Very interesting area with lots of variety . . . definitely plan to make more trips there. Most of the ground I covered this past ride was Level 1-2, however what I'm calling Level 2 were basically pure mud trails. The guys here know that I don't get all excited when I see mud puddles (i.e., I'll steer around mud if I have the chance), but many of these trails are pretty tight, and there was no avoiding the slop I had to drive through - and I don't think there's been rain there for a week or so. You can see the mud on the side of my Jeep (in some of the pics I posted above) where I had to hammer the skinny pedal pretty hard to make sure I had the momentum to make it past some of the more heavily rutted sections.
Also crawled down a very rocky Level 3+ trail that probably only one other JK (bama-jk's rig), here in the Huntsville area, could have made without ripping parts off its undercarriage. Without question, a Level 4 going up, and if it were real wet, close to a 5. And as I mentioned above, the tougher trails are fairly tight, plus there are no "get out of jail free" bailout escape arteries.
Bottom line - lots of easy stuff, but you could find yourself in deep kimchi if you meandered down the wrong trail. With that in mind, I vote Mike as the "Trail Canary" - I guarantee he'd probably end up with more challenge than he bargained for.
Note: Pics I've posted all look fairly tame, because when it wasn't, the last thing on my mind was snapping a quick pic for the Show and Tell gallery.
Temp in valley - 34. Temp up on top - 25.

Well, covered another 15 miles of trail, and still plenty left. Place is totally unpredictable - one minute it's Level 1-2, the next, a Level 4. Same as last trip, lots of stream beds (this time dry), mud, rocks, and gravel/dirt roads - stuff you guys wouldn't be interested in. 
I got turned around at one point, and was lost as a golf ball in high weeds. Good thing Denny was there - I vote him permanent Trail Canary / Ride Leader.
Also just a heads-up: No way would I want to ride these trails with 30, 40, or 50 other off-road vehicles in some sort of mass convoy . . . unless sitting around with the engine idling sounds like your cup of tea.
We took a "shortcut" across some ridges to reach a main entrance.
On top of a ridge with valley views on either side.
Sloppy Mud.
Still on a ridge.
View of the valley - sort of, but wanted to show I started the ride clean.
Some of the trails were like main highways.
Minor descent.
Running from ridge to ridge sometimes meant using paved roads with serious switchbacks.
Another boring ridge view.
A little flexing.
Mud was hard to avoid.
Crawling.
More mud.
More flexing.
Yet another angle.
Can't imagine what these creeks would be like gushing with water.
Didn't feel too cold, but evidence that it was chilly up there.
Look at the scars on these rocks - somebody didn't like rocks I guess.
Nasty stuff.
Went a tad further, but basically we're retreating here looking for a way to turnaround (we were both sliding downhill sideways when we did turnaround - fun stuff).
Heading off a Level 4 - this is the simple stuff.
Denny puts the pedal to the floor. Could hardly keep up - it was all a blur.
