If it does which antenna mount are you running with this rack?
It clears. It's hard to see from the angle of the pic but there is an inch or two between the antenna and the ladder:

Default Yakima Bars & homemade fairing

Not sure what you're asking, so here you go...I ended special ordering mine direct from Gobi without the crossbar's and a few other mods to the floor so that I could put yakima bars on it. They work great, just did a trip from Humboldt County to San Diego over T-giving (~1700 miles) with a rocketbox with no issues. If you ordered it with the normal crossbars already welded in place you should just be able to mount stuff straight to them.

That said if you plan on putting bars on with a tower take note of the following...yakima discontinued their "low-rider" mounting towers and shifted to a new 'universal' design that no longer has a lower lip. After much testing with the help of my local outdoors shop the new design definitely can pull off due to the bar's small diameter with the right combination of forces. The 'old' style lowriders have a lip that prevents this. The THULE equivalent definitely won't come off, but it did seam like it would have a tendency to slide side-to-side.

Also the upper Ranger light bar-bar, is at just slightly below the yakima bars when mounted on low-rider mounts (impedes my canoe slightly).

I also did some testing during that 1700 mile drive with a home-made fairing. After a trying a few ways to mount it and change its size I was unable to make it not reduce my MPG by 2-3 MPG. Every version definately reduced the wind noise though. I'm just living with the added noise.

mrmiagi, Thanks for the picture gallery. I have been wavering on this rack for weeks and I think I am going to get it based on your photos. By chance do you have a shot of how it attaches to the frame under the bumper in the rear?

I will take some pictures when I get home from work in a few days. I believe there are some excellent installation pictures here that I saw when I was researching it. Without a doubt, the Gobi has got to be the best looking rack there is. It is extremely strong, goes on the Jeep without any problems. I use the ladder all the time so be sure to get it.

Don't forget to plan on repositioning your satellite radio receiver or get another one to put in a new place after you install this rack. The signal is blocked quite a bit of the time by the rack. It is an easy fix. The GPS navigation works just fine (if you have a factory one) without any modification.

I have been extremely pleased with this rack. There have been no negative points about it that I can recall. I installed it myself in a few hours.

I am very interested in this rack, but also really enjoy my satellite radio. How do you relocate the antenna and where do you relocate it to? Also, though it is hard to tell from the excellent pictures in that album, I presume that the back window can open up fully with the ladder in place?
