Default Stealth rack and delta 45 lights

Has anyone installed the delta 45 lights on the stealth rack?

It appears I will need to get some additional hardware to secure the lights and I was hoping someone may have already figured this out.

Thanks!

the gobi rack looks great and sounds like everyone here loves it. I want one but i have never seen one in person. I have had a garvin for years on my 2 door jeep and have been leaning on keeping with it, but i sure like the looks of the gobi.

has anyone ever used both? anyone can give me advice on compairing the two?

thanks
One issue I have read with the Gobi is that the Sunrider top with the cable system (2010 and 2011) doesn't work real well in Sunrider mode. There isn't enough room between the top and the rack.

They have corrected the front bar at the connection at the top of the windshield to be further out (towards the bumper) to clear the newer softtops. See the "recon" type of both the stealth and ranger racks

Default 2dr Gobi with and without soft top

I searched this whole thread and most of the Internet looking for pictures of this application. I took the plunge without the visual, no regrets!

I was referring to the lack of room between the roof and the rack when you have the roof open in sunrider mode.

I have an 09 unlimited with the Gobi stealth recon and open the sunrider most of the time. never had an issue with folding the top down with just the front section open and "closing" the gobi rack...

Default Gobi Stealth

The Gobi looks awesome on your Rubi Bripsu.... You said you just took the plunge and bought the rack- where did you purchase it? I've tried to PM and email Dave at Alpha Expedition, but his mailbox is full and I haven't gotten an email reply.

Thanks man
Charles

I have the same Issue but by the time I rotate the rack back I just fold the whole soft top down. The extra three inches you need would require the rack to high and lower the load it would carry. Topless is the way to go anyway

So just to be clear, the "recon" ranger and stealth roof racks offered on alpha expedition's website are the newer style that works with the sunrider option on my jeep (2010 rubicon) without having to fold the rack back?

Hey Charles, I found a great deal from another forum member, but prior to that I was working on a deal for a new one from Dave. He was very quick and responsive then.
