DIY Rubi Rock Rails - Rock Tube Kit
Me wheel hard??????????????????? I'm a girl..................... Some of my "friends" want to get me 2 stickers for RubyDoo. Front one to say "FEAR ME" and the rear to say "FEAR THIS" .
I will agree that i do have little fear, but i do have LOTS of respect for stuff and when something does bother me, its REALLY serious!!!!!
I was a fire fighter and EMT for 7 years for a volunteer dept.

Why have a link to your My Project JK Gallery when you have no pics on it?
Volunteer Firefighter here too.
I had the same idea for my 4 door. I drew them up and I was going to do diamond plate along the surface. Outside tube 1 1/2" diameter flush with the fenders and 3 braces. Cost to fabricate was around $200.00 per side including powdercoating. Too much for my budget at the time.
Sounds reasonable. Count me in.

I'm offering bars with mandrel bent ends, and welded cross supports. The cross supports are going to be cut at an angle, so if welded straight on, they will angle up. If someone wants to use it flat, they will need to grind the angle off of the end of the tubes and cross supports. No plans for flat plates at this time. I'm leaving that to you guys to design. I'm looking forward to seeing what people come up with.
