I've got a 1" BL from a different manufacturer but didn't have any issues with fan shrouds. I can't imagine another 1/4" changes that.

I could be wrong, but we have electric fans. The fan and shroud should all move with the body, unlike an engine mounted fan.

As a novice, I'm assuming that by your post here, the radiator and fan shroud do not move, so there is no rubbing issues or trimming required?

Just want to make sure before I get into it!

Thanks for all the support!
not a concern on the JK's.. we have electric fans. your shop needs to do some homework.

2 people already beat me to it.

Fawk it...they're still quoting me >$250 for the install.

Going to hit Harbor Freight for a good $90 floor jack, swing by Home Depot for some pre-cut 6x6 wood blocks, then the liquor store for a couple cases of good pale ale.

I'll invite over 2 or 3 pseudo-mechanically inclined friends and see if we can't do this without breaking it!

I already have the 2.5" RC Spacer lift and had contemplated buying this since I am having 35" tires installed next week. After reading through this post, I'm pretty interested in installing this at the same time! I'm going to get a quote for having my local offroad shop install it and I'll post the price if anyone is interested for comparison purposes. Depending upon the price, I may do it myself though as I've done other body lifts and this one seems easier than even what I've done on older YJs.
