Great to see some Canadian products available for the JK. From Ontario no less (I'm from Ottawa). Kudos!

Question about the roof rack. I assume if I were to remove the hard top with the roof rack installed, it would simply be a matter of removing the interior screws that attach the top to the vehicle, and the rest would follow. Is this right?

If you don't mind me asking, how many have placed a pre-order as of this time? I am very interested in this and may very well place an order to take advantage of this introductory price. Plus, I would be supporting our Canadian market.

We have not had anyone place pre-orders at this time. I would be happy to have one of the very first production units shipped to you if you're interested.

I can assure you that as a local manufacturer that we too support our own community and take great pride in offering both products and service to members of this forum.

Let me know if you would like to speak with me personally and get an order placed for the rack.

Have you tried mounting a Roof Top tent up there yet? This rack would be very popular in the EXPO market, if it could fit and hold the weight of a RTT .

At this time we have not tried mounting a tent. There have been many excellent suggestions for accessories for this rack and this is also another great idea. The advantage of having a rack like this is it makes so many options possible that otherwise may be more difficult if you were using a weaker rack or trying to mount anything directly to the hard top.

I would encourage anyone with ideas or suggestions to let us know and if you are interested in pre ordering, I am sure there are hundreds of different options that different individuals may come up with on their own.

Feel free to send me a rack and I tent and I'll test it out for you!

i was wondering about the 2 door. sorry for what may be a stupid question - but why would this not fit on the 2 door? i'm assuming the mounting dimensions are different between the 2 and 4 door, because the top of the rack seems to be about perfect size for a 2 door.

edit - scratch that. just compared the 2 and 4 door backs - more different than i remembered. i still think the top would be a good size for the 2 door.

Yea I think that would be a cool option if it could be done. I don't really need a roof rack other than to carry a RTT.

The panel carrier is an excellent idea. Thank you for bringing that up. We have lots of ideas for accessories but this is something everyone can relate to. I will foreword this to our design team and see what they come up with. An excellent idea...
Thanks.

One more question, is the carrier permanent or can it be removed easily.

I am sure with the size and strength of this rack, mounting a platform and tent would not be that difficult. We have left many options available for the end user to come up with, as well we are looking at offering accessories such as a cage for those who want to purchase add-on's.

We will be bringing in a 2 door to work on making a rack with the same design for all 2 door owners. We hope to offer something in the near future because we understand there are many 2 door owners looking for a product such as this as well.

Keep posted for updates.
