I will have to check on the bumper and see if that is the one that gets cut. The crossmember it bolts to is right under the radiator.

We have a few customers that purchased the 2012 ADA kit, and am waiting to get pictures. I will check and see if I can get some for you. It is a tight fit on the 2012, but it works.

The 2on2 won't be available for the 2012, because there just isn't room between the radiator and the new engine like the previous years.

VIAIR has really stepped up with these kits. They come with everything needed.

I take it the HD kit is the best choice if you don't plan on running air tools?

If looking at the ADA's, the tank reservoir won't be large enough for air tools. That is geared towards tire inflation and air lockers use. The heavy duty is what I recommend and overall the best way to go, unless your wanting to fill your tires and everybody else's. Then the constant would be better.

For air tools, the 2on2 is the way to go for the 07-11 jk's. It has the 2 gallon tank. I would go with the faster hi-speed kit.

I usually recommend the 33% for most applications. They are faster, and with the correct size tank, can run air tools.

I'm looking for something to air back up after the beach in Corolla, NC. Stock 32's (10-12psi back to 28psi). Might fill one other vehicle, an F150 on 33's.

Then the Heavy Duty ADA is what I recommend for you. I think you will be happy with that system and the performance.

I am new to the onboard air setups, so could you please explain the difference, pros/cons of the High Pressure 2on2 versus the High Speed 2on2. I am currently running stock 32's, but am planning to upgrade to 35's soon and would also like to run air tools if need be. Also, is the price mentioned for JK-Forum members, or is there any special offers to forum members? If so, could you PM me a price shipped to 34293 for whichever setup you recommend. Thank you.

The HighPressure, basically will have more initial air storage, being it will fill the 2 gallon tank to 200 PSI vs. 150 PSI of the HighSpeed 2on2. The more pressure is nice for that first tire, and using air tools, but when the tank is depleted, you will be running off the compressors themselves for the most part when filling tires, or for the tank to "re-charge" for air tools.

At that point, the speed of the compressor is going to be important. For most applications, whether it be tire filling or air tools, I recommend the HighSpeed 2on2 system. You will have faster flow in general.

Example:
When filling a tire, the tank will give you a head start on the first one, and will be depleted before the tire is full. After that, you will be running of the compressors to fill the rest of the tires. This is where you want the HighSpeed. The HighPressure, might fill the tire more from the tank, because it is filled to 200 PSI, but you still have 3 tires to go. That's where the HighSpeed will surpass it.

Hope the above information helped. I recommend the 150 PSI for the better CFM flow and overall performance.

We offer forum discount's in general, but since we have a special on these new systems already and including a tire inflation gun ($27.95 value) for free, the price is the same. Pricing is below.... and we always offer FREE shipping on most items to the Continental US.

Don't hesitate to contact us with more questions and I hope I answered all your questions thus far.

150 PSI 2on2 (07-11 JK): $599 + FREE Shipping
200 PSI 2on2 (07-11 JK): $629 + FREE Shipping
