One thing, the order confirmation added $39.99 shipping - is this because I'm in Canada, used a Canadian fund VISA but completed the order through the U.S. ".com" website?

If the shipping is eliminated through the Canadian ".ca" website I can authorize the higher Canadian price - OR - if you prefer I can supply a U.S. fund VISA and ship to Point Roberts, WA.
