Thanks David. Awesome job getting these out so quick, coming up with an easy fix, and mostly for putting up with paulp575.

David,
As long as you're getting new pigtails, will you sell me a pair?

David,
As long as you're getting new pigtails, will you sell me a pair?

Here is the post from Seth @ ARB .

Good Morning,

We just finished installing a production set in our 2010 JK 4 Door. Everything is working fine.

We did notice that there is a little bit of a fit issue with the jumper loom. It appears to be a little bit off on the H13 side, preventing every loom from "Clicking" into place with the factory fitting. Our point of view on it is that the variation from male to female is not enough to cause you problems. The tabs slide right in and fit well. As the lights are fixed in place and the back side of the harness is fixed to the car we don't see enough movement in the system to cause issues. A little electrical tape on the fittings if yours don't "Click" will more than suffice to get you peace of mind and on the road with a great new set of bulbs and an improved beam pattern.

Further, we've been running this set of bulbs with identical connectors in our JK for over 3 months now with no issue.

If you do have issues that need addressing, please feel free to contact ARB Tech directly at: 888-427-2872

Thanks,

UPDATE************
We just installed the lights on a 2009 and a 2010 and no cutting was required. We still installed a zip tie but no cutting was required.

Just finished my install, Man its nice to be able to see at night, The lights are great. The plugs worked like a dream on my 2009, no need for cutting or zip ties for me . Snapped right in. Whole installed took 30 minutes and 20 of that was looking for a screw I dropped in the gravel at night

And what is that supposed to mean?
I'm hoping that's in jest as I am satisfied with my fix. As I explained in a PM to David, these things do happen, especially with "first runs" and have no problem with it. The fix he and ARB provided is great. I don't mind these things happening; I'm more interested in the supplier's response and customer service, which in this case is excellent!

I only provided the pictures of the fix in case anyone else wanted to go the route I took.

It would be interesting to track 2010 build dates vs whether the plug fit or needed the fix. I'll post mine once the package arrives and my son and I do the install.
