I've had the IPF Upgrade for about six months now and love it. I could stand the stock lights and there were many times where I could not even tell if the darn things were on. I switch to the upgrade noticed a huge improvement. The new lights are comparable to the lights in my wife's Suburban. I will buy the fogs as soon as they come out.

I probably missed it in this thread, but are the blue bulb headlights DOT approved / legal? The only reason I ask is because I think there are rules with colored driving lights, especially blue.
Do these laws not apply becuase only the bulbs are blue, not the light?

I'm installing the Delta HID fogs tomorrow. Will let you know how they turn out.
