Couple last questions:

- Given the proximity of the exhaust in relation to the compressor(s), is there concern that the constant heat will adversely effect the system?

- What type of warranty will this system have?

- Since kit pictures won't likely be out before the introductory pricing expires, will the hose kit be like the ones on your site? (analog or digital meter, storage bag, etc.)

- Maybe you can post pics or links of the standard items before compiling kit pics.

- Lastly, can you provide actual clearances between the kit and the driveline/exhaust. Since changing tanks I'm guessing there's a bit more room than what you've shown in the mockups.

Thanks for taking the time to detail this for us!

Frank

Oh, and is it possible to add an in-cab pressure gauge, similar to the 07-11 kit? If so, how much?

Very interested, would like to see it mounted before I purchase. If you don't have pics by the time the pre sale runs out will you extend the sale?

It will have a slight effect on them, but not enough to make a large impact or anything of great notice. The 400C's can run for about 30 minutes at lower PSI's (30 PSI), so that leaves plenty of duty cycle to do anything you need. If filling 37's, I would recommend the dual compressors, but the single will do the 35's without issues.

- What type of warranty will this system have?
We use mostly VIAIR components, which all come with the 1 year warranty. Air Werkz itself, it covering the product for 1 yr. also. We used top quality components in this system, the best we can find that worked. All fittings are DOT approved, as well as the air line.

The hose kit will be the one that comes with the VIAIR OBA systems, which is a 30 ft. nylon hose with clip-on tire chuck already attached. We can upgrade to the digital inflation kit for an extra $50.

Yes, I will work on this and get something up for you guys to see. I do wish I had more to show, but we went straight into production to get the product to you guys ASAP.

Yes, there is a bit more room, and I will get these measurements.

Thanks for taking the time to detail this for us!

Yes, you can add a in pressure gauge. We will start to make kits for this as an available add-on. I don't have exact pricing yet, but will work on this for you. I am guessing it would be about $25.

Yes, I think that is fair enough and does make sense. The earlier you pre-order, the sooner to receive the kit, since we will have a list to go through once they arrive.

Brackets are picked up from the laser cutter, and not getting ready to be bent and welded up. After this, to the powder coaters. Keep you all posted when they are finally finished. Thanks to those that have pre-ordered, should be ready soon...

I too want to possibly pre-order, but am uncertain until pics surface. I am concerned if it will work with aftermarket exhausts like my dynomax evolution exhaust.

Sounds good, just give me a call and can get it all setup.

I checked out the system, and you will be Ok with clearances. The system actually works with the factory '12-up muffler that is slightly larger.

Update: The system works with the Magnaflow exhaust, so I don't see why the Dynomax would be an issue at all.

Went with the dual system with reg. I have 37's and will be nice to have the option to use a torque gun instead of lug wrench.

Thanks Travis was a pleasure talking to you today.
