To be honest I'm curious what your IAT looks like with it wide open like that. Running down the highway, the stock intake seems to run 10* warmer than the ambient temp. I know the aero isn't setup to force air into the intake without the hood (and it isn't a practical everyday option), but I'm still curious about the temp if you get some free time.

I had mine painted and installed for $200 by a friend. He said it'd be double if he did another one.

Yeah $200 was about right with mine maybe a little bit more can't remember exact price but I know it wasn't 2x the price. Tinting to get the color right and prep usually bring the cost up.
