Just ordered mine now! Can't wait until it comes, just in time for summer and the soft-top switchout...

Not that this is the time for a design change anyways. Just thought it would be more practical than the entire lid angled up in the air blocking all the rear view as I like versatility also.

I am considering it ,is a good solution for the people with a 35 spear that cant be carried in the tail gate.(Until a bumper and a tire carrier that can not rattle) How much weight it can handle in the top

Thanks for all the great questions and info guys. Maybe I'm the only one wondering this, but will I be able to put my duster over the back like normal with the security deck installed? From the pics it looks like it'll work but I'm curious if anyone knows for sure. This is for an Unlimited...

Thanks guys.

HURRY UP AND SHIP ALREADY!

Patience is NOT one of my strong points....

Am I being too pushy?

Looks great Tuffy2. This is another item on my 'to buy' list... Can you help clarify one thing?

One of the pictures shows the lid propped open for loading or larger items. How does the lid stay opened? I can't tell from the picture and I've looked at the installation directions and I don't see anything in the parts list that would help hold the top up.

Thanks!

The lid rotates up but there is nothing to hold it in that position. We just propped it up for the picture to demonstrate that it can be rotated up for removal.
