It probably didn't show in the dyno testing you did, but do you think the taller setup with the ram on it will help a little with HP at higher speeds, with the ram air effect. Back in the day I was running a ram air setup on my Camaro, no increase in performance at low speeds, but noticeable at high way speeds.

I like the design of this snorkel. If the price is right and the design remains similar....this will be on my short mod list. Keep up the great work.

I liked it better when you wrote "dunno" than dyno. Lol.
but to answer your question, no, this ain't no ram air setup. There's too much travel from the inlet to the engine for it to improve cfm from that small opening. This ain't no muscle car.

Correct.. This is something that is not part of the design but you never know....

With the number of bends in the tubes I just do not see there being enough effect to change the Dyno readings. We are happy with the numbers we pulled as it stands.... with that said I would assume that it would not be worse.

We have also been asked when this will be ready…. Well… We are in the final stages of approval... In the 11th hour we found that the low intake design was not performing as it should in the 3-5000 RPM range. We had to scrap the original tooling and start over ($$$).. anyway the revised intake should be ready for testing by the 16th of this month. Tooling takes a little time. From there it is seeing final revisions and approvals for those changes... I have been bitten way to many times giving production dates to feel good about releasing a production date... Just know it is getting very close... Please keep in mind that the snorkels still need to be made.. components shipped in from various suppliers, packaged, and then shipped.. All that takes a little more time.

As for the 2012... We will start work on it as soon as the 2007-2011 are in production. Additional tooling and new intake tube design will be needed.
