I'd probably go with all black on both cause I'm a cheap bastard! Plus the scratching thing.

I just don't see the contrasting black flowing very well with the color matched theme of the Saharas...
When I bought my Sahara, it already had Zenon fender flares on it. Add the black soft top, then you have a matching theme. Depending on the cost of paint matching, I may go with it. I'm the type of person that could use an extra $100 on some other upgrade.

I would like to see something to fit around windshield mounted KC lights AND around a roof rack mount

Yeah I understand but for those of us that didn't switch the Sahara flares for xenons though, I hope Rugged Ridge offers a paintability option

I thing having a paint matched stage I would be cool too. Plus, that's an obscure place to get trail rash! The tube (stage II) would be more subseptable to trail rash.

If you decide to freeze yourself try not to over shoot it too much.

I know its a hard thing to ask due to other sellers and all, but is this snorkel still going to be in the $300 or $400 range? and would that be just for the stage I? and what is the whole stage I and stage II looking like for a price range? im just trying to get a good estimate so i can just set that money aside and when the big day finally comes il have it that day if you know what i mean

We are still shooting for the under $400 cost. At this time it is too early to say if this will include the tall intake option. The base unit will only come with the lower intake design. We are trying to get this developed quickly but we do not want to cut corners . I'm still giving the same time line but would say that an early summer is looking more likely (Sorry)... but to help you along and to let you know there is movement here is another picture. This is the base for the low intake and the taller mount intake. This shape is not set in stone and is being revised but does help to visualize a little more.... Hope you like!

Looking good!! So does the lower intake (in the newest pics) replace the oem body panel or does it get installed over the top of the existing panel?
