Default 2011 2dr gas tank issues

I have a 2011 2dr and the past 3 times I have filled up my tank, it has been spitting out gas once it's topped off. At first I thought it was a faulty gas pump but after it happened 2 other times in a row I started questioning it. Does anybody else have this issue and possibly know the answer to why it's doing this? Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Take it to the dealership. They will swap out the whole tank or just the filler neck

Mine started that over a year ago but I found if you lift the nozzle up to the eleven o'clock position and pull it out slightly it allows the gas to flow just fine. These tanks have poor venting.

no need to worry about a warranty...it's a recall issue

No recall has been issued. (Do you have later knowledge of a specific recall?)
It's a warranty extension, unlimited time and mileage, on JKs manufactured between 01 March 2007 and 31 March 2008.

Mine does it too...I rotate the nozzle to the 8 o'clock position and it doesn't do it anymore.
