I checked mine out this morning and it appeared to have adequate clearance (about 1/4"). I decided to follow one of the earlier suggestions to be safe and bought a piece of 3/8" fuel line, slit it longitudinally and put it around the transmission line that passed closest to the PS line and secured it with zip ties. I'm not sure what the recall fix involves, but I'm pretty confident this will prevent any metal to metal contact. I decided to do this for the entire length from the radiator transition back to where the hard line transitions to flex hose (about 10").

I'm not sure what the dealer/factory recall fix is since the service manager was not well versed in the problem. I need to try and get to the mechanic that does the repair.

I just had mine done on Friday.
They replace the whole metal line line, about 4' long.
Told me it would take 2 hours..... 6 hours later I get it back.
They had to take my snorkel almost completely out to do this.
Looked at the Jeep when he had it apart and it is a job.

Yup. Also the service tech told me that for dealers out here in Norcal, each dealer is only getting enough parts in to do JUST 1 PER WEEK for the trans/power steering fluid line swap-outs.
I had the service tech go ahead and do the rubber tubing band-aid fix for both lines as shown in 1 of the other pics above. I'll probably just leave it that way since it seems pretty solid to me...

I don't think I want the dealership tearing into my Jeep to replace the lines for 6 hours when the problem can apparently be solved by me in 6 minutes with two small pieces of rubber hose to protect the lines and one zip tie to keep them in place. Am I missing something here?

I thought the problem was on the driver side. is it also on the passenger side?

I think it's only on the driver side as the earlier pics show.. I traced the lines for both the transmisson as well as the power steering and this was the only point that I could find potential interference. I already did the fix shown in this thread and I'm really thinking I will stick with this approach as apposed to have the dealership replace all the lines. I'm sure the line replacement is a cure, but it seems to me the line wrap approach can do the job as well.
Anyone see any downside to the line wrap as opposed to have the dealership replace the lines?

Here are a few pictures of what I did. The first picture is taken from the drivers side front wheel well. You can see the two transmission lines and the power steering line. The last three pictures are my best attempt to show how I covered the transmission line back approximately 10". These photos were taken for underneath the jeep looking up. There was a point that the transmission lines were almost touching. The hose wrap keeps them separated.
