Have not received CD yet
Called Uconnect, did not receive CD as yet. "In the mail" has many meanings I guess. Anyway they said it would take a couple of weeks to get to me....
Will let you know when it arrives and I have installed/uploaded it.

Got a call from Uconnect asking if I had received my CD yet.....No.....They said it should come soon and they would call next week. Just keeping you up to date.

Not to hi-jack your thread but have you experienced issues when voice dialing? All the sudden when I say, "call xxxxxxxxx", the stupid thing says calling, "googley411". Is there some sort of setting that I accidentally switched to Pig Latin?! Now I have to manually dial... what's next? Am I going to have to get up and change my own TV channels with pliers?!?! 
Maybe I should get the disc... assuming they will ever mail it.

Not a happy camper
Just got a call from Uconnect. Now they suggest taking the Jeep into dealer for update. Seems dealers have the CD but the ones going to the rest of us will take more time. How much time you ask????? No answer on that one! I guess I will set it up for my next service.

Go over to the MyGig forums, mofv.com/mygig. They have the software, you can ake your own disc and do the update. Newest version is 2.126, which is what shipped on my 2013.

Jeff, thanks for the info. My disk arrived last week along with a Nav map update. Took quite a while to load down. The software release was 2.126 as you said. I have not lost HA since and no other problems have cropped up. I will not upload the disk as there is one already available.

I also received the update as well as the new map-update. Its about a 1.5 hr update. The unit update went fine but had several problems with the map update. Took several times over several days. At the end, it kept locking up.
Seems to work ok. I haven't used it for a trip yet. Will we receive these free updates in the mail for the duration of the warranty?
