Started from 2 days ago, I heard this buzzing when I step on the gas pedal, the harder on the gas pedal the louder it becomes, and will completely go away when I off the pedal nothing been changed, it's just too annoying.. Any thoughts on this?

Search "exhaust manifold leak" and see if that fits your description.

You haven't recently put a new radio or sound system in have you? I had installed a head unit in a friends car and the ground was bad. Every time he pressed down on the throttle, the radio would give a very dim hum noise through the speakers. Could even hear it while music was playing. I'm assuming that it's more engine related, so like the guy before me said it's prob a loose gasket in the exhaust manifold. Just my 2 cents in case it's not though.

Default carefully look...

Slide under your jeep while cold and check the flat silver covered heat shields that are placed periodically along your exhaust system. Sometimes they are installed very close to a nearby part and thru driving and vibration they slightly touch. Vibration causes this ''buzzing'' noise. Also check cables and conduits coming down your firewall and possibly vibrating against your firewall. The heatshields can be ''tweaked'' by hand, cables and conduits can be tied tightly with nylon wire ties. Careful inspection and patience will locate your problem....Good Luck!!!

The buzzing may be your Credit Card relizing that you are using fuel as you press the pedal. It is totaling up how much fuel will be charged to the card.

I haven't been able to found out what's going on.. to me, it doesn't sound like loose vibrate cause the buzzing is so constant, only appear under acceleration and goes louder as harder on gas pedal.. manifold leak makes senses I guess. But it does appear from behind the dash

I had a radio one time that would buzz on acceleration.

Default leaking manifold and/or gasket

usually an ehaust leak at the manifold will get better once the engine warms up to operating temperature....does yours change or stay the same?
