Mine does it too. I only notice it when I'm sitting at stop lights focusing on the red light, trying to will it green. It isn't that big a deal. It's just another Jeep thing.

Here is the diagram for anyone who wants to fix it. This is the same problem people are running into when they run a higher wattage bulb, or HID bulb as well.

mine has done it since new.... dealer replaced the alternator a couple times and it would be fine for about a month or so then start it uo again... cheap chinese regulator circuits in the alternator is all i can figure out..
