Default Break squeal

I bought my Rubi on 080303 I was having very bad metal on metal break squeal during left hand turns and rotor damage. I took it to the dealer to get repaired on 080306 and was told the noise and damage was caused by unusually hard spot in the brakes pad. The dealership replied the pads and rotor and I had my wife pick up the Jeep as I couldn't get away from work, she parked it outside the dealership so we could retrieve it after hours. I pick it up and drive the 5 miles home and guess what the noise is still there and the new rotor is already trashed. Ive include pic's of before and after.

I guess you're taking it back to the dealer.

Make sure you check between the heat sheild and rotor. I had a terrible screeching comming from mine after a ride one day. Freaked me out, but turned out to be a rock jammed in there causeing all the noise.

The dealer has already taken it all apart and replaced the rotor and pads and I still have the same problem and it only has 56 miles on it.

Sounds to me could be a caliper issue either a piston(s) are hooped or the caliper is not sitting correct.

That should be easy to find the cause of when jacked up, play checked, then wheel pulled and the rest inspected. If you don't do it yourself there isn't much point in asking about it. I can see a couple variables that would cause it.
