Default Cargo Tiedowns are Standard Equipment

The Jeep website states that Cargo Tiedowns, like the TJ had, are Standard equipment. I don't have them. Does anybody else?
Jeep is really screwing the buyers in the JK, so far.

You have them. They are hidden under a little flap cut into the carpet just in front of the storage tray in the back cargo area.

Where do you see it listed? If I can print that out, I might be able to get my dealer to make good on Jeep.com's promise.

Ahhhh. Err, yeah-- I noticed those, and realized what they were at the time. When I read "tiedowns" in this post I thought "straps"...

Nevermind! I got 'em, and bet everyone else does too

Found the carpet flaps under the mat I threw in after removing the rear seats(first mod way back when...).
Checked them out today and surprise! Underneath I found a lateral slot about 1 1/4" long with a shallow recess below. Is this what we're supposed to hook into?
Things may have changed since the old days but does anyone know what if anything may hook into them?

I found it on the Jeep.com website under 'specifications'. They even give you a printable option...
And I don't have them under my carpet. Neither did the 3 JKs at the dealership.
