Default Cleaning the plastic fenders

So I have 2013 wrangler and whenever I clean it I can't find anything good to clean the plastic with. I had it washed and waxed and they put white wax on the plastic and I cannot get the left over streaks off of it. I've tried scrubbing and putting black wax over it too. Any suggestions on how to get the excess off and then stuff to clean it so it looks clean and won't turn from the weather?

Thanks!!

Did this once on another vehicle - didn't know wax would essentially ruin my fenders. I tried everything (including putting peanut butter for its oil) and I had the ugly white streaks return in no time. You could try Wipe New because I've heard this stuff has had incredible results. OR maybe your best bet is to take your time and repaint/plastidip them. Good luck

Hmm... I'll give the wipe new a try! I appreciate it!

Guess some users on here have used it with amazing results. I was skeptical because it was a "As Seen on TV" product but I guess it's legit.

Wipe new or turtle wax trim restore works the same and you get more for the money.

After wheeling I found it near impossible to clean the clay from the fenders, best thing I found was a mr clean magic eraser. Wet the fender, wipe it down and rinse it off. Followed that up with a coating of slick mist speed wax, fast and easy to apply lasts about a month.

Mother's Back-To-Black and a little rubbing cleans mine up nicely after a good day on the trails.

No residual film or mess either.

I haven't had any trouble with wax streaks, but I have had some odd stains here and there.

The magic eraser and the Turtle Wax trim restore is what I use and my fenders look brand new if not better than the ones on the dealer lot.

I have used both 303 and Turtle Wax products with the same results. Turtle Wax = much cheaper.
