Just had it fixed. $230 from the glass shop. The glass guy said it was clearly a stress crack and the dealer was full of it. The dealer wanted $250, so I came out a little ahead. I sent a flaming email to Chrysler about this and other problems with my dealer and in essence they said that's too bad, but feel free to visit another dealer. The other dealer that is close is a tool too.

I've never had service as bad as Chrysler service.
