Default Damp passenger side floor

I have had my 2011 2 door sport for about two weeks. From day one I noticed that the passenger side had condensation under the floor mat. See pic. I have left the windows done in an effort to air out the jeep but the condensation continues to return. The carpet on the passenger side is pretty damp. Has anyone one else experienced this? I have not pulled the carpet back yet.

Do you run the AC? I would check if the drain line is clogged, or even there. Or let the dealer check it out, seeing as it's still under warranty.

Yeah, in hell (aka SW Ohio under the "heat dome") we have to run the A/C. I think you are on to something though with the A/C drain line. I will take it in to the dealer...

Wet passenger side floors are common complaint for the 2011 jks. Do a search. The water can come in from multiple sites.

There is an RRT for water on the passenger floor of some 2011's. The procedure is to remove the passenger door seal and replace some packing under the seal at the upper bend. Call the local dealer and see if it applies to yours. If not, schedule an appointment and have them fix the leak. Mine has ths issue and the parts are on order.

Dumb question, but are the rubber plugs in the hole in the floor? Water can come in through the holes if they aren't. To get them to dry out faster, take the plugs out, stick something under the carpet to keep it from staying flat and leave the liner out for a day.
