I see by your sig you have Hypertech max energy.. Remember to reprogram back to stock before you take it in or they will blame everything on that and not look for the real issue.

The P0000 is an "end of list code" but I have never seen the c2099 or the U1147 before,. Did you just start getting these codes? or did it happen after you used the programmer?

I was getting U1412, U30D4, P1730 when I tried to return my JK to stock programming before it went to the dealer 2 weeks ago. My check engine and sway bar light came on and my speedometer also stopped working. After several attempts with the max energy I was able to stop the codes by reprograming the jeep with modified parameters and then returning to stock. Hypertech's techline was useless, they told me to take it to the dealer and not tell them about the programmer.

I am beginning to think its something with the hypertech although the light is on still, but I havent driven it yet. I'm going to see if it goes out, its running fine, but usually if the check engine light is on its just a sensor or miscommunication.

Brian after you got it to stop the codes did you reprogram it with the hypertech?

yep, I just reprogramed it again last night to regular fuel and it was fine. I think something got screwed up when I tried going back to stock, I tried to return to stock 3 more times, but the codes stayed. They only went away when I reprogrammed it again using all non-stock parameters. Then I reprogramed back to stock and it was fine. I asked Hypertech's techline about the codes but they had no idea what they were. I could only find one of them in service manual.

Yeah I think its something with the hypertech, I will try reprogramming and then going back to stock again. The one code u1147 comes up on google for dodge trucks and cherokee's I believe, something about lost communication with the security system. nothing on google for the c2099 though.

Hey guys, this might not have anything to do with your situation, but I think I remember something about "lost communication" (can't remember the code) the very first time I programmed my HT MAX... turns out I didn't have the ignition in the correct position during programming (did it 1 click, not 2 clicks).. Put it in ON not START (2 clicks0 per instructs and cleared odd DTC, and it worked great
