Fuel Consumption
That's probably with 3.21 gearing, 28" street tires on flat ground. I dont really drive fast but I dont baby it starting out at lights either. I think it's the 35's and hills that kill me!
I only get 10 mpg. We calculate it at the pump each time we fill up so it's as accurate as the odo (which is, granted, an unknown). This is almost all city driving.
We have 5.13's, 35's, and the auto. Sounds like others with similar configs are getting far better mileage than we are, and we try to drive carefully. Rubidonn, are you auto or manual?

Glad to here the real world chime in. My meter always stays around 11. My gas light comes on around 160 miles and It usually takes about 15 gal to fill it up. Now my odometer is off because of the 35" tires but that still only figures to about 12 or so. I live in a hilly section of town.
That is when the light comes on. I still have 3.5 -4.0 gallons left in the tank. I am sure when my odometer says 160 I have really driven 175 or so due to the bigger tires.
With a mix of city and highway, I typically get 200-225 on a full tank w/ 4.10 gears, stock tires, and suspension. If I were driving straight through on the highway, I'm sure I would easily get 350. The JK gets better gas mileage than my 97 Cherokee with the 4.0L. I took that on a road trip from PA to Florida this past March and we eeked out just over 300mi on a full tank doing 75. I bet I could push the JK to almost 375mi if I wasn't driving like an idiot. I think fuel economy has a lot to do with driving style. If I drive like a jackass my eco tanks, and I typically need to fill up around 180mi if I'm just tooling around town.

. has the 4:10 gears, but your right on the tires (for now). I too got a heavy foot, cant help it sometimes lol.
