Probably like most of the other ladies, I have long hair and have to put my hair in a ponytail or wear a hat when I'm driving around. The headrest only gets annoying if I have my hair in a ponytail because it sticks out far enough that just with normal moving around I'll hit a lot. When I wear a hat, it's not an issue really... but it depends on what kind of "jeep hair" i'm willing to deal with that day
