The only thing I can tell you is take it to a dealer. Might cost you, but it will be fixed.

I believe it's a common issue. My 2012 JKU seats don't heat up like they used too either. Haven't taken it to the dealer yet but I believe there is a fix for it.

What had this world come to. If it doesn't work, then it's a jeep thing.

All kidding aside, I get the happy wife angle. I've made a few purchases to keep my better half happy (eg spiderweb shade).

I have this same issue with my 2013 JKUR Manual, though it seemed to disappear when I reset the Jeep PCM to stock with my AEV ProCal; I did this to install a DiabloSport Trinity tune for my newly installed Magnuson Supercharger. Soon as I reinstalled my AEV ProCal for tire size correction, it started cutting off again.

If I turn-off and re-start the Jeep, the issue goes away.

I do have TrekArmor (Bartact) seat covers, but doubt that has to do with it. I have read that others noticed the same issue with the AEV ProCal, though it may have nothing to do with your particular situation.

I have the same issue with my 2014 Rubicon. I find it difficult to believe that all 4 elements went out at the same time. I just reflashed the Jeep with the AEV ProCal when I went to 37" tires and 4.88 gears over the summer.

Has anyone contacted AEV about it? I might try resetting the ProCal to stock and see if the heaters work. Then I'll set it for the gears and try and then add the tires and try.

I have not re-flashed with the AEV ProCal, and my heated seats have been working well. I think, at least in my case, the ProCal was the cause. I currently have a custom tune loaded via DiabloSport Trinity T-1000 and an Aeroforce Interceptor ScanGauge (just monitoring fo now, no wheel size changes, etc).

I have never seen a Forum request go so wrong in such a short period of time!

Has anyone resolved this issue or has the Part numbers necessary to fix it?

I have the same problem. Start the Jeep, turn on the Driver's side heated seat, will stay on from approx 20 seconds, will not stay on. Then I try again and after about 3 seconds, it turns off.
Side note: the passenger side is fine.
