Thank you, I did see posts for this issue and that's why I started to think I might be able to fix this myself. There are a lot of videos and step by steps which is super helpful. I started looking on eBay which I thought would be the best place to start, but I think I found the right part new from Mopar so I am going to try that before I take apart the whole seat and replace the heating elements.

2015 JKU Hard Rock I bought used a couple years ago. Unfortunately at the time I bought it, it was the summer and because I didn't know about this issue I assumed the seats worked when the light went on. Once it got cold enough to need the heated seats and I discovered the issue, of course it was out of warranty. Caveat emptor I suppose 🫤
