Cool! It all worked out in the end - with a little hassle.

 

Bought 2 keys off Ebay and got them cut at a locksmith then programmed them following the instructions in my manual. Best 40 bucks I ever spent hearing this story.
Word of advice-Put the 2 original/master keys away in a safe place so you can always make your own spares.Never walked out of a dealership parts counter without feeling whipped.

 

If you do have to have the two master keys to make a duplicate I would have to put my two away. However I have my keyless functions in the key. Is there an after market fob that can be programmed to go with the keys?
