Default How to store soft top windows?

Just bought a soft top and am about to install it. How do I store the windows in the Jeep while the top is down?

Lay them flat with a clean, very soft material between each one. Best to leave them in the garage when out topless.

In the garage or in the house! Haha unless you have a roll up carrier, I've never felt safe just throwing them in the back seat. Always thought they'd blow away or something! If you have an unlimited, that might work. I actually checked out someone's Jeep in a parking lot and he had his side windows wrapped around the folded back soft top and his back window still attached, unzipped in the tailgate.

I lay them insides together and roll them up together. Ill put them in the tailgate or in the back seat. They stay rolled and I have not had any damage or issues with them.

I roll mine inside an old bed sheet then put them in an old folding lawnchair bag that has the bottom removed.

I use a clover patch window roll. Layer them in the fabric envelope and slide em into their nylon sock and strap to roll bar .... done , neat and at the ready.

Thanks guys. Tim-where did you find this clover bag? Id love to leave then at the house but with the sudden thunder storms in the summer in the northeast I have to keep then with me.

Actually found a few. Which one do you recommend? I have the Tuffy security deck so I'll just keep them stored in the clover secured in there.

I got this Bestop roll up bag: http://www.quadratec.com/products/91109_500_07.htm

It was that or the Clover Patch, seemed about the same...

I was also worried they might blow out if they were just laying in the back

If I'm out and about I just throw them in back. If I'm at home in the garage. Mine are pretty scratched up too though. Treat them like you treat your women and they'll last....or do what I do and wish you did.
