How to store soft top windows?
What does everyone use to clean the windows before storing them when you're out on the road? At home it's easy, but I'd like to keep something in the jeep to wash them off before rolling them up and scratching the crap out of them. Any recommendations?

ArmorAll Window Glass cleaner with a micro fiber rag - After 4 summers, no scratches! You want to avoid anything with ammonia.
I also use the window roll system with felt. Just roll the windows loosely.

Clover Patch window bag to keep in the Jeep. For at home I use a large pant hanger that has the clips. I clip the window on the back end that has velcro and then hang them from a hook off the ceiling.
Here you go. Roll them up sandwiched in felt and slide them inside one of those.Attachment 306402 I found it in a mil surplus store for a bit more than $20. 120mm ammo case. ;-)
I personally bought a cheap version of the clover bag storage; anyway you go, the key is to have a soft material layer between each window so that they don't chaff against each other when you roll them up. You should also make sure the windows are clean before you remove them. I've had mine for five years and they're relatively scratch free (except the wear spots on the back where I get lazy and just roll it up with the stock elastic hangers off the soft top frame).
After rolling all three in the clover bag, take a couple of bungees or velcro straps and wrap them around the stowed soft top, below the level of the tailgate, and they stay just fine, out of the way, out of sight.
just my two cents.
Well, after a year of owning the window roll I must confess, I hardly use it anymore, I haven't actually had the side windows off in quite some time, sadly, and I've started to just unzip the back window and let in flop forward into the Jeep. I tried to be very careful with the windows but even for someone as OCD as I am, laziness has started to win me over. I've started to accept that no matter how careful I am, these windows are going to scratch.
I did modify the bag after using it only a few times to make it more user friendly. I ditched the outer bag altogether, and cut out one of the felt panels. Now I just lay the windows on the felt, with a layer in between them, roll em' up, and wrap a bungee around it. If I had it to do over, I would have saved myself 60 bucks and done what several others have and used an old blanket or bought some soft material. Ahh yes, hindsight.
